As the Senior Director of Research & Development, Eric is responsible for the research, development, and deployment of technology solutions to address both business and member needs. He leads a team of analysts, web developers, and project managers responsible for the development and implementation of new digital banking, emerging payment, and digital authentication technologies.

He previously oversaw the implementation of Arizona Federal’s CardPower app which allows users to control spending on their debit/credit cards. He also assisted with the rollout of Arizona Federal’s homegrown online/mobile member onboarding process and his team handled the Apple/Android/Samsung Pay implementations for the credit union.
