Currently, Craig serves as the Co-founder, President, and CEO of Extractable, an award-winning digital consultancy that provides leading-edge financial solutions for banking executives. Both self-driven and equally as dedicated, he is on a mission to help banking professionals and financial services organizations pave the path to lasting success.

Chris Cox joined USAA in January 2014 and serves as the Chief Digital Officer. Chris leads the strategy and execution of USAA’s digital channel at an enterprise level and is responsible for envisioning and delivering an integrated, seamless, digital customer experience across the website, tablet, mobile devices, voice and emerging channels.
Chris has over twenty-nine years of financial services industry experience including digital strategy, marketing, product development, portfolio management, credit and operational risk, information technology and business development. Immediately prior to joining USAA, Chris worked at Regions Financial Corporation where he served as Executive Vice President, Head of Digital Channels. Chris’ career has been primarily focused on digital and channel strategy and operations. Prior to joining Regions Financial Corporation, Cox served in a variety of leadership roles at Wells Fargo / Wachovia, Computer Sciences Corporation and Bank of America.
Chris earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas, a Master of Business Administration from University of Houston, and a Masters of Public Policy from Georgetown University. Chris and his wife, Karen, have two children – Kate and Sam.

Shari Van Cleave manages Wells Fargo’s Digital Labs, where a team of technology leaders pilot the future of consumer banking. Previously, Shari helped launch the Venture Capital and Innovation Lab of Prudential Financial. She also has experience leading innovation in global development and actively consults humanitarian organizations. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in international political economy from the University of Washington and an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Drew Sandholm is a marketing communications leader who enjoys advising companies and individuals on topics of product and content strategy, product marketing, product management and user experience design.
Currently, Drew is Marketing Director at Quontic Bank. Reporting to the CEO, he leads the marketing and digital innovation strategies for this Member FDIC bank located in four states. Under his leadership, Quontic Bank is executing toward our vision of a next generation banking experience.
Focused on leading innovative products and companies, Drew also serves on the Marketing Optimization Committee for Ellie Mae, a mortgage software company.
Prior to joining Quontic Bank, Drew managed digital media and content development for major media organizations ABC and CNBC. His work has been recognized by The Webby Awards, The CableFax Awards and The Associated Press.

Peter Poon is the Head of Digital Innovation and Channel Strategy at BMO Financial Group, where he is responsible for driving the bank’s innovation agenda through R&D, partnerships and ecosystem engagement, in addition to defining the bank’s channel roadmap and spearheading a multi-year digital transformation.
Peter led Customer Experience Design and Mobile Banking Channel groups previously at BMO, where he delivered a number of industry firsts including Canada’s first full fingerprint authentication for mobile banking, real-time appointment booking and rollout of Apple Pay. Prior to joining BMO, Peter led an early-stage fintech to a successful exit and also held progressively senior roles at TD Financial Group and JP Morgan Chase.
Outside of the office, Peter advises a number of fintech startups across North America and supports digital entrepreneurship in the community through engagements with Ryerson University, BrainStation and other ecosystem partners.

Prior to U.S. Bank Mr. Warren was Senior Vice President at SunTrust Bank, where he served as Head of Digital Integration. His focus was on improving awareness, adoption and migration of digital self-service capabilities and growing revenue via digitally assisted sales. Combining a mix of leadership, business strategy and execution, Damian navigates competing cross-channel priorities to optimize value not just build capabilities. Prior to joining SunTrust, Damian was Benefits Service Manager at Hewitt Associates where he had strategic and operational responsibility for pension and health and welfare outsourcing engagements with several Fortune 500 clients.
Damian graduated from the CBA Executive Banking School at Furman University in 2015. He holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Georgia State University. Damian is a native of the United Kingdom, but moved to the United States prior to college. He currently resides in Atlanta with his wife and three children. Hisham Salama is committed to improving lives through digital experience. As Vice President and Head of Emerging Payments & Innovation at TD Bank, he leads payment innovation and delivery for payments within mobile and online banking in North America and Canada. He has extensive knowledge of e-commerce and a rare talent for designing solutions to complex business challenges that increase both customer satisfaction and profitability.
Hisham’s leadership, entrepreneurial drive, and ability to partner with major industry players earned him the role of Vice President at the age of 33. He is an innovator and has filed multiple patents in the US and Canada. He is also known for his ability to communicate, network, and negotiate with anyone. He is frequently deployed to represent TD Bank in important industry dialogues and decisions. Most recently, Hisham represented TD Bank on the Mobile Wallet Security Standards Committee in Canada and within The Clearing House Secure Token Exchange in the United States.
Exceling in both strategic vision and implementation, Hisham was responsible for the launch of TD My Spend, a real-time personal financial management tool, handling everything from strategy and contract negotiations to design and roll-out. Under Hisham’s leadership, TD MySpend reached 1M downloads in its first year, which represents a 29% adoption rate for online customers. TD MySpend users hold higher account balances, visit bank branches less often, and overall experience greater convenience and satisfaction with TD Bank.
Before occupying his current position, Hisham held increasingly senior managerial and executive roles with TD Bank and Bank of America. Hisham was a key member of the BankAmeriDeals product development team, establishing relationships and collaborating closely with local and national merchants, along with several professional sports teams.
Hisham is a regular speaker at industry conferences throughout the country. He currently serves on the board of advisors for The Livelihood Project, based in Toronto. Scott Harkey leads the Payment Practice at a Charlotte, NC based consulting firm, Levvel. In his role, Scott leads the payments efforts with with a number of US and Canadian banks, Digital Wallets, Merchants, Acquirers and startups on digital payment strategy, payments architecture, and custom application development and vendor integration efforts.
Prior to joining Levvel, Scott was a Technology Executive at Bank of America managing the bank’s Digital Wallet technical efforts. In this role, we was responsible for a number of large scale technical deployments and partnerships including ones with Softcard, Apple, Google, Samsung, Microsoft, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, The Clearing House, and many others. This experience, along with 10 years of technology merger integration and IT operations outsourcing work at Wells Fargo, enables Scott to bring a unique “insider” point of view combined with a proven track record of delivery to banks, technology providers, and merchants operating in the digital payments space.
Scott holds a number of payment related patents, is a frequent speaker on digital wallets and payments, and is playing an active role in creating a Fintech culture in the Charlotte payments community. In her role, Margarita manages Open Innovation, an open platform ecosystem that empowers financial institutions to evolve their digital offerings through own and third-party features and services. David Newman is Strategic Planning Manager, Senior Vice President, Innovation Group at Wells Fargo Bank. David also chairs the Semantic Technology program for the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Council and leads the Council’s efforts to develop ontologies for the financial industry known as the Financial Industry Business Ontology (FIBO). FIBO is a free and open source ontology that semantically describes business entities, derivatives, securities, loans, corporate actions and metadata. FIBO is being developed as the next generation global financial data standard. FIBO can be used to support macro-prudential and institutional risk management, regulatory compliance and reporting, risk analytics, as well as serve as a foundational set of semantic building blocks for enterprise data models and taxonomies. It therefore provides a solid basis for strategic fulfillment of BCBS-239. David is also responsible for the working group that is developing executable reference ontologies that demonstrate FIBO’s many advanced capabilities. In addition, David is starting an initiative to position elements of FIBO to be available for semantic markup of financial content for internet sites through a collaboration with Google, Yahoo and Microsoft. His career has included multiple ventures, such as: founder of Mediawire Communications, experience that resulted in the award for Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in 1999; collaborator in the development of Ticketpop, leading ticket provider in Puerto Rico; and Vice President at EVERTEC, Inc. where he worked on multiple research projects and technology product development.
His time as a professor at the School of Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, designer and researcher for O.C.E.A.N. at the U.K. and designer at the Human Factors and Technology Division at N.A.S.A. only add to his success.
Rachid has a bachelor’s degree in environmental design from the School of Architecture of the University of Puerto Rico and a master’s in architecture from Ohio State’s Knowlton School of Architecture.

Peter Fishman is the Head of Digital Investment Solutions for Citizens Bank and the leader of Citizens Bank Wealth Management’s newly established digital advisor business (SpeciFiSM). Over his career, Peter has been involved with the launch of six businesses, four in the payments industry and two related to investing.
Prior to joining Citizens, Peter was Director of Equity Research for Knight Capital, where he helped launch and lead Knight’s equity research business. Prior to that, Peter was head of products and marketing in Santander Bank’s U.S. Card business, where he led the initiative to launch credit cards for Santander in the U.S. Peter also worked as Director of Operations at Capital One and as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company.

Matt’s work is centered on business transformation through business and technology architecture, process modeling and program management disciplines. At TIAA, Matt serves as a Senior Business Architect helping translate the company's retail strategy into value creation for the customer and the firm. His primary role is developing business and operating models, multi-faceted investment roadmaps supported by robust business cases. With his critical thinking, curiosity and broad experience base, he is able to connect the dots from corporate legal structure to business and financial models, to operating models and the underlying processes and technology platforms.
Matt started his career with Accenture serving clients worldwide on complex multi-million dollar engagements, including Sprint, Apple Computer, Great Western Financial, Pacific Bell, Pacific Gas & Electric, the UK DHHS and the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency. As part of the World Headquarters advanced technology group, Matt helped refine methodologies, developed the firm-wide practice strategy to address the networking revolution and was one of the one of the very first consultants to join Accenture’s Center for Strategic Technology in Palo Alto.
After earning his MBA, Matt shifted his focus from technology solutions to business transformation & performance. Since then he has served as a lead business and program architect at several financial services institutions, including Royal Bank of Canada, PNC Bank, and First Citizens Bank. Matt earned his undergraduate degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA with academic honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

As General Manager of Data-driven Marketing at Equifax, Mykolas Rambus leverages his experience in business growth and development, operations management, information technology, and data protection and privacy, with a focus on big data, SaaS, FinTech, and media. In this role, Rambus is responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market strategies that reinforce the Data-driven Marketing value proposition and competitive advantage as well as overseeing day-to-day operations.
Prior to joining the Equifax team, Rambus co-founded and served as CEO of Wealth-X, which provides intelligence on ultra-high net worth individuals around the globe, was an executive at Forbes Media, and a partner at KAHLE Partners where he directed sales and business development. An expert in wealth intelligence and marketing solutions, he has often been tapped to share his expertise at conferences, and in various print and television media. He is also the chairman of the Global Investor Immigration Council (GIIC), a non-partisan, not-for-profit, self-regulatory organization in the investor immigration industry.
Rambus is an MIT alum, having studied operations research and information technology.

While at DundeeWealth, Silu’s leadership in eBusiness initiatives created “The best financial advisor site in North America,” according to Pyramid Research. In his previous role, Silu led Macquarie’s Canadian retail financial business units in developing their digital and social media strategy.

Jeff is the President for the Americas region of Qmatic, a leader in customer journey management technology solutions. In his role, Jeff is responsible for all aspects of the United States, Canada, and Latin American countries sales and marketing, customer experience, innovation and operations.
Since joining the company in the fall of 2015, Jeff has championed initiatives to extend the company’s leadership position in the finance sector. Jeff honed his expertise in service delivery, account management and business development over two decades in sales and leadership roles with some of the world’s biggest brands. Prior to joining Qmatic, Jeff led client operations for strategic business units at Xerox.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in sociology with a specialty in criminology from Ohio University, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
