Under his leadership, Bank of the West’s Digital Channels Group has won numerous awards and in 2016 was recognized as a Javelin Online Banking Leader in the “Customer-First Banking” category. Prior to joining Bank of the West, he spent more than a decade in Digital Channels at Bank of America.
